Betal Nut
Betel Nut is obtained from a plant called “areca”. It is used in medicines as well as in tobacco also. Betel nut is chewed alone or in the form of quid’s, a mixture of tobacco, powdered or sliced areca nut. It also used in some treatments like a metal disorder called schizophrenia a helpful in digestive aids too.
But the regular consumption of betel nut is also harmful for our health, as it is associated in different types of cancer and in other diseases also.
